Agra Fort.

Another day, another fort. Each fort/palace that we see is more elaborate and bigger than the last. I understand that we are going to be tested tomorrow on our knowledge of the Moghul Emporors. I doubt that we can even spell their names and the relationships are totally baffling, what with sons ousting fathers and Grandsons holding Grandfathers in house arrest for endless numbers of years. Not to mention each Emporor had several wives.

The Forts are all well worth seeing though.

After the fort we visited a place where they demonstrated the art of inlaying marble with coloured stone.

We were assured that all the marble souvenirs are made using this primitive grinding wheel.

If you believe that, you will believe anything!
